"SPAM" Policy

This document sets forth the policy of River City Online, Inc. regarding "SPAM" sent to River City Online customer mailboxes.

Any sender that attempts to or succeeds in sending bulk email to any one or more of River City Online, Inc.'s customer mailboxes is required to pay River City Online, Inc. $10.00(US) per message per intended receipient prior to sending such email.

Any sender that wishes to pay River City Online, Inc. for the service of delivering bulk email to River City Online, Inc. customer mailboxes should contact River City Online, Inc. offices during posted business hours via the contact methods listed elsewhere on this website.

River City Online, Inc. reserves the right to limit the number of bulk email messages sent to River City Online, Inc. customers.

In no way does this policy explicitly or implicitly grant any sender the right or privilege to send email to any River City Online, Inc. address.

Bulk email is defined as two or more email messages of essentially identical content.

Failure to pay prior to sending bulk email is theft of service and will be prosecuted.

Any legal action regarding this policy will be carried out in Surry County, North Carolina, USA.
